Moving, Installation & Other Services


 


Picking the right spa can be tough, but moving it to and installing it in the perfect spot doesn’t have to be. We can take care of the installation of your new spa or relocation of your old spa. Leave the hard parts to us and we’ll leave the easy parts to you.


We know it’s mostly about what’s in your spa, but sometimes it’s about what’s around it. We do that too! Just give us a call and tell us about your dream setup. We’ll make it happen.

 

 

 

Installations as easy as 1, 2, and 3.

 

 

1. We deliver, unload, and place your new or refurbished spa. To ensure that the process goes smoothly, we do require that you have your preferred location prepared for our arrival. This means that any obstacles (fencing, tables, etc.) be removed. Please provide enough clearance for the spa you choose.

Please reference your spa's specifications and dimensions when preparing for delivery. This will ensure that we are in and out in no time, and you are relaxing in your new spa.

 

 

 

 

2. Our professional technicians connect the unit to your existing 120V or 240V GFCI protected line. If you are replacing an old spa, there is a good chance that your dedicated breaker and wiring are already to code, but please double check.

For 120V model spas: A total of three wires are needed-
Wire size-one #10 thhn hot, one #10 thhn neutral and one #10 thhn ground. Breaker- 30 amp double pole GFCI breaker, dedicated
 
For 240V model spas: A total of four wires are needed-
Wire size-two #6 thhn hot, one #8 thhn neutral and one #6 thhn ground. Breaker- 60 amp double pole GFCI breaker, dedicated


 

 

 

3. We walk you through proper usage and maintanence and then let you get to enjoying your new spa. That's right! We don't leave you pushing buttons and trying to figure out how to work the thing. We show you exactly how its done, go over your warranty, and explain how to treat the water and keep it clean.

Remember, all of our prices include delivery, connection, and the usage walk through. Ever bought a new printer, gone to hook it up and found it didn't come with the USB cable? Well, we have and that just sucks. With Spa Inspectors there are no surprises. Even the cover is included!

 

 

 

Got an installation that requires special attention or equipment, like a crane? We can take care of that too!


Here are some photos from two recent Galveston Beach installations.
 
A crane was used to lift the spas onto the decks and each installation was completed in under 2 hours.
 
These two spas are a part of a new line, and outtfitted with stereos, speakers, ipod docks, and LED light systems. The control system is also part of the new line, which is outfitted with three independent circuit boards for easy diagnosis and repair, as well as a touch-screen topside panel.


 

 


Before leaving the factory for installation, each spa is water tested and inspected to ensure a smooth, easy setup at your site.

 

 

Each unit is inspected and water tested at the factory. We run the spa through a series of tests and let it run through a full cycle.

Once on site, we will will do a usage walk through with you and discuss your spa needs to make any adjustments to the filtration program with you.

 

We want to make sure you understand how to operate your spa, leaving you ready to use it when we leave. We don't want you to have to refer to a manual to get your new toy going, but you will have one just in case.
