Is there already access? We can make the access required for repair, but it is important for us to know what we are working with as many tubs are surrounded by tile, marble, or granite, and we want to send our technician with the correct tools to ensure that the skirt of your tub is replaced and looking as lovely, if not more lovely, than before. In other cases, access can be created through an adjacent closet, and we would recommend putting in an "access panel" or small door. We want to leave the tub like we found it, only purring like a kitten and ready for you to use!
